北海道、東北、東京、静岡、愛知、中国、四国、九州、沖縄で年9回です。
これだけの会があると、出版社同士の交流が必然的に多くなります。
ある版元で欠員がでたとすると、他の版元の目ぼしい人材に声をかけるのです。
ですので、出版社に入ってしまえば、結果を残していればステップアップするチャンスはあると思ってください。
異なる業界への転職
〈編集者・記者〉
Web系の媒体に転職することが目立つようになりました。
Yahoo、Newspicks、Buzzfeed Japanなどです。
この流れはますます加速するでしょう。
もしいま版元で編集者や記者をやっているのであれば、将来を見据えて社内のデジタル系の部署に移動するのは賢明です。
編集者・記者がメディア系の仕事以外に転職した、という話はほとんど聞いたがことがありません。
〈営業職〉
広告営業は、広告を扱う業界であれば幅広く転職しています。
書店営業の人が異業種にうつることはほとんどありません。
あったとしても、20代の若手です。
みな他業界への転職を希望していません。
仕事が魅力的で楽しい、ということもありますが、出版業界は仲間意識も強いので、居心地がよくなるのです。
他の業界で営業ができるスキルはなかなかつきにくい、
