希望の会社から転職の内定をもらったけど、急に不安になってきた…

転職の内定後に不安になる理由
社員10名ほどのブラック企業から、一部上場の有名なホワイト企業に転職が決まりました。年収も2倍、残業時間も激減、いいことずくめでした。
けど、「この転職でいいのかな？」と思ってしまうのです。
それは、「人は自らの決断に必ず後悔する」という心理です。
いま、転職の内定がでて不安な気持ちになっている人は、不安やモヤモヤするのは当たり前だとおもってください。
内定ブルーを解消する方法
内定ブルーを解消する方法が2つあります。
一つ目は「人に相談」です。
誰に相談していいかわからない、相談できる人がまわりにいない、という人もいるでしょう。ですが、相談は誰でもいいです。極端な話、小学生に相談でもいいぐらいです。
なぜか？ 人は話すことによって、自分の本当に気持ちに気づけたり、考えが固まるからです。話している途中に、あっ！ 自分ってこう思ってたんだ！ と気づくことはよくあることです。
私の場合は、転職に不安を感じていることを、内定先の人に相談しました。具体的に言うと、内定のことを知らせてくれた人事の人に相談したら、配属予定の部署の部長が話を聞いてくれました。話すだけでも楽になるのですが、会社のファミリーイベントに参加させてくれたり、社内を見学させてくれたりしました。この行動によって、転職のモヤモヤを払拭できたのです。
とにかく人と話しましょう。自分の頭の中でぐるぐる考えているより、何倍もましです！
二つ目は、転職のメリットとデメリットを「紙に書く」です。
給料、勤務時間、転勤、人間関係などなど、項目をつくって、それに対する今の会社と内定が出た会社について書いてみましょう。
転職活動は、ほとんどの人が数か月かかります。時間が過ぎていく中で、なんで転職しようと思った理由が、あやふやになったり忘れてしまったりしています。書いていくことによって、転職についての自分の気持ちが整理できます。
まとめ
どんないい転職でも、内定をもらったら不安な気持ちになってきます。
超ブラック企業からトヨタ自動車や三井物産への転職が決まっても、モヤモヤするでしょう。会社のレベルについていけるかな？ どんな配属になるのかな？ 50歳になった時に子会社に飛ばされてないかな？ などなど、考えてしょうがないことです。
とにかく人に相談して、紙にメリット・デメリットを書いていきましょう。
不安は「あるもの」なので、解消していくことが重要です。
