初日はスーツを着てネクタイをしめていきました。

さすがに面接はスーツで行くべきですし、いま面接官をしている私も、スーツで受けに来ない人はちょっと「？」です。
ただ、転職初日は本当にカジュアルな格好でOKです。
不安なら、ジャケットにスラックス、ジャケットの下は夏はTシャツ、冬はセーターにしましょう。ワイシャツを着る必要はありません。
