ウェブ面談で「会わなくても分かる」と思うことが増えたのです。
商談でZoomを使っていて、こちらが営業される側に立つと更によく見えてくる世界があります。
面接の対策に直結しますので、見えてきた世界を書いていきます。
まず、相手が喋る音声が途切れて何をしゃべったのか分からなくても、話を流してしまいます。これは、面接においてかなり痛いです。面接官は、とくに一次面接は一日に何人もの面接をします。
面接官も疲れますし、飽きてきます。音声が途切れた場合、とくに聞き返すことなく面接を進めてしまうでしょう。
対策が必要です。音声が途切れないネット環境に必ずしましょう。
具体的には、電子レンジを使うとwi-fiが途切れてしまうので、家族が使うのはやめてもらいましょう。
Zoom中に、家族がAmazonプライムビデオを観たりしていても、切れることがあります。
有線LANケーブルがあれば、パソコンにつないでおくのがベストです。
ネット環境以外では、外部の音もあたなの声を聴きづらくさせてしまいます。
部屋のドアは閉めてください。窓もです。とくに窓から聞こえる車が通る音や、救急車のサイレンなどがはいると、相手には声が聞こえなくなります。
それでももし、音声が途切れることがあった場合は、あわてないことです。
慌てる姿をみていい評価を下す人はいません。
あわてない姿を評価する人はたくさんいます。
あわてないで、場を和ませる言葉を言うことができたら最高ですが、音声が途切れやすい場合は、事前に面接官にその旨を伝えておくのがいいでしょう。

などど言えば大丈夫です。きちんと会話ができる人と判断してもくれます。
ウェブ面接は数をこなさないと慣れません。
はやりのZoom飲みでも、友人との会話でもいいので、何度も使って確かめてみましょう。
